1. Introduction
Electrical Measurements Lab is located at Room D301 of Block D of the HCMC University of Technology and Education. The Lab was established and equipped with electrical measurement devices for undergraduate educational purpose and scientific research for lecturers and students.

The lab is involved in a variety of laboratory-based investigations within electrical measurements. The students and researchers carry out:
• Conducting the experiments in electrical measurements for electrical and electronics engineering undergraduate programs;
• Working with the advancement and development of modern high-tech controllers for postgraduate programs;
• Developing curriculum for postgraduate programs;
• Deploying pilot research projects, scientific research projects of students and lecturers.
