On June 24,  the Graduation Ceremony and awarding university degrees for students who graduated in January, March, and May 2023 were held by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE).

This time, HCMUTE had 6 New Doctors, 276 New Masters, and 1354 New Engineers and Bachelors. Among the 1354 New Engineers and Bachelors with 86 students graduated early, representing 1.5%. Of the 86 students who graduated early, 1 received an Excellent grade, 65 received a Very Good grade, and 20 received a Good grade.

The University recorded 1 student achieving Excellent, accounting for 0.07%, 204 students achieving Very Good, accounting for 15.07%, 1132 students achieving Good, accounting for 83.6%, and 17 students with Average grades accounted for 1.26%. Thus, the total number of students achieving the category of Good or above accounts for 98.74%.

The aforementioned statistics proved that the achievements of HCMUTE are the result from the revolutions in reforming the university education model, concentrating on enhancing the leading role of teachers, and promoting students' self-study abilities. On the other hand, the University consistently strives to meet national and international accreditation standards. 

Currently, 18 programs at HCMUTE meet the international accreditation requirements of AUN-QA, and the University's advanced training programs are taught exclusively in English while the international training program has elevated the university to a prestigious new level of global integration. In addition, the University possesses a robust LMS digital teaching system, assuming the lead in deploying a combination of the traditional teaching model and the exact moment and highly effective online teaching model.

HCMUTE has always prioritized a policy of attracting, appreciating, and treating talent in order to develop a team of qualified, and experienced lecturers and officials to participate in teaching and publicizing.
 
Previously on June 11, the University also held a Graduation Ceremony and awarded University degrees to 513 New Engineers and Bachelors in the form of Work-study in the second semester of 2023.
