3. FUNCTION
Panasonic Corporation, a company is headquartered in Japan, is renamed Panasonic Corporation from 2012, through many different stages of development, the forerunner is the Matsushita Electric established in 1918. The corporation offers a variety of solutions in the field of industrial automation. To do these solutions, users can choose industrial products manufactured by the group.
In 2009, the Group has sponsored an Industrial Automation lab for UTE with many modern equipments, that help students practice and face to the actual system even at laboratory. These devices can be listed as the Controllers, HMI screens, optical sensors, switches, inverters and so on.
The Lab’s functions can be listed as follow:

Practical training on automatic electric drive and PLC for Electrical – Electronic students.
•
Counseling and supporting students to complete their graduation thesis and scientific research.
•
Updating the level of knowledge of teachers as well as students with reference to PANASONIC automation equipment.
•
Improving the quality of practical training on the fields in relation to electric drive and electrically-controlled equipment.
